Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Performance Manager within the Trust's performance department. This is an operational post at the heart of a large NHS Trust aiming to provide safe healthcare, of the highest quality, all the time. It offers the chance to work for a supportive leadership team that will help you develop and strengthen your skills and abilities whilst giving you the autonomy to shine.

Main duties of the job

This is a role within the existing team and is integral to our ambition to continuously improve the performance of the services we provide. To succeed in this role the right applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others. They should also have experience of day to day operational management, performance monitoring, service improvement and project delivery.

You will need to be educated to post graduate level or have equivalent experience in a leadership role. You should have previous experience in staff, performance and financial management.
