Job summary
You will provide reception and clerical support to George Earle. You will be the first point of call for many relatives visiting or calling and you will demonstrate Trust Values in all your interactions. You will assist in ensuring ward has stationery supplies and will maintain stock levels, ordering when needed. You will assist in ensuring a high standard of record keeping and ensure required documentation is sent to GPs and agencies who may require it, following GDPR rules.
Main duties of the job
Provide a reception service for the war
Liaise with ward team and outside team members as needed
Ensure documentation is available for staff and to provide support in its completion as able
Liaise with relatives and care services as needed, ensuring that information is shared when needed
