Join us as an Estates Mechanical Lead Technician, playing a key part of the Estates Operations function carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to help us provide the best environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
- Working with other trades, you will carry out planned/unplanned maintenance on the trust estate.
- We will offer you a varied role where no two days are the same. All we ask in return is some flexibility to carry out maintenance tasks and emergency calls outside normal clinical times.
- The shift rota will be 7.15am - 6.00pm, 4 days per week with 1 rolling rest day. On-call duties will be required.

- In conjunction with the Estate Managers and Supervisors, deliver the repair and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) mechanical service activity to ensure compliance with statute and best practice, and customer satisfaction.

- This role includes on call duties, and some flexibility with start and finish times will be required dependent upon clinical operational restrictions
