Reporting to our Deputy Cleaning Operations Manager, this is 1 of 3 posts providing service cover from 06:00 hours - 22:00 hours, 7 days week on a rota basis.
Our Cleaning Team Leader support the day-to-day management of c129 WTE Healthcare Cleaning staff and are vital to maintaining our Trust's Cleaning and Infection Control policies, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
Main duties of the job
o Be visible on the "shop floor"; supporting Cleaning Operations staff,carrying out visual inspections of cleaning standards, ensuring cleaning tasks and cleaning sign off sheets are undertaken and completed in line with the required cleaning standardso Under the direction of our Deputy Cleaning Manager, support the delivery of the highest standard of cleaning services to patients, staff and visitorso Play a key role in implementing the proposed new cleaning operations service model to ensure high quality cleaning services are delivered to the NHS National Standards of Cleanliness and to our Trust's Cleaning and Infection Control policies
