Job summary

Torbay and South Devon has embarked upon an ambitious EPR Implementation Programme to modernise and transform the way in which services are provided to our patients.

This will be a pivotal role in the adoption and optimisation of our EPR which will include developing new workflows to be designed and implemented across the organisation in collaboration with our neighbouring partners.This role will ensure digital transformation is achieved in a way which enables continued cultural/behavioural change within the sphere of health informatics, championing our digital opportunities and maximising staff and stakeholder engagement.

As a Change Analyst you will support the Change Leads and Business Change Managers in the delivery and monitoring of change processes to support the implementation of the EPR Programme. You will be crucial to our change workplans by reviewing, capturing and analysing current working practices and supporting implementation of new ways of working to enhance patient care.

Main duties of the job

o Support the Change Lead and Business Change Manager in the delivery and monitoring of change processes to support the implementation of the EPR Programme

o Assist the EPR Change Team and Service Leads in reviewing, capturing and analysing current working practices and supporting implementation of new ways of working to enhance patient care.

o Assist in the delivery of the change element of the EPR Programme as directed by the Business Change Manager

o Analyse and validate data and key performance indicators, as well as reporting on benchmarking data

o Analyse and predict the impact on change on people and services

o Collect, collate and present data to support and facilitate discussion and innovation with regards to changing processes, challenging historical ways of working where appropriate.

o Support the implementation of Process Change across the Trust

o Provide support and guidance about the EPR Programme to users at all levels of the organisation, communicating key benefits to gain widespread involvement and stakeholder buy-in, so that they understand why the changes are being made

o Support the EPR Change Team to develop and maintain strong communication links between all Service Line stakeholders and the EPR Team
