Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Nurse Specialist to join the Out of Hours Community Nursing Service. The post is to cover 22 hours for the evening hours of 19:00 to 07:00.
The Out of Hours team provides responsive, planned and unplanned support to patients requiring urgent nursing within their own homes/residential care settings. Staff are expected to work autonomously and must be prepared to travel and organise time accordingly. We have technology and lone working procedures in place to support staff during visits.
