Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Admin Support to work in the community within the beautiful Moor to Sea Zone in South Devon.

This covers a considerable area which is largely rural.

The main towns are Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth and Totnes. The post is for a full time role at 37.5hrs per week but job sharing would be considered for the right candidates.

We are a small team working out of three bases.

Due to the large area covered we embrace innovation and technology to help us achieve the goals of our patients.

The successful applicant will need to be a competent and confident individual. flexibility would be essential as you will form a key part of the admin support team across three small teams of community nurses.

We will offer comprehensive induction and training to ease you into the role.

To be responsible for and to provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the Moor to Sea Community Nurse Team.

Working as part of an integrated team within Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

To be responsible for a high quality customer service function in recording contact information, supporting prioritisation of contacts, subsequent feedback and on-going liaison with referrers and relevant others

To monitor and maintain IT based information systems

To support Team Leader to undertake change management.

To support with audit and accurately record for quality assurance
