Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for a rewarding new challenge? The Bridge Sexual Assault Referral Centre is looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join their passionate trauma informed multi disciplinary team for a fixed term post of 12 months.
The post-holder will play a critical role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's ISO15189-compliant Quality Management System (QMS). The post-holder will ensure that SARC services comply with ISO15189, the Forensic Science Regulator's (FSR) Codes of Practice and Conduct, and associated appendices, enabling the organisation to achieve and maintain UKAS accreditation. As part of these regulations all SARC staff will be required to provide a DNA sample which will be held on a SARC Elimination Database and/or the Central Elimination Database.
The post-holder will report to senior SARC management and act as the primary lead and first point of contact for all matters related to quality, accreditation, FSR, CQC and all Regulatory compliance. Although the role will not require deep technical expertise in all SARC-related professions, the post-holder will collaborate effectively with clinical, policing, forensic, and external partners to maintain a robust and effective QMS
