Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM & Digital Estates Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital estate management across the Trust.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in construction or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in BIM, CAD, and digital estate management within UK construction/healthcare sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, Building Safety Act, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and CMMS/CAFM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Main duties of the job

Your day to day will include:

  • Develop and implement Trust-wide BIM and digital estate policies aligned with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework.
  • Lead integration of BIM into estate strategy, capital programmes, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and governance for digital estate technologies.
  • Oversee BIM requirements in capital projects and ensure seamless handover of digital data.
  • Act as BIM Champion, delivering training and driving adoption across teams.
