Clinical Fellow (ST3+) in Paediatric Surgery and Urology
The department is seeking a senior clinical fellow (ST3 +) for 1 year period from 2nd April 2026 on the registrar rota for paediatric surgery and urology.
Main duties of the job
The Department is the regional tertiary referral centre for paediatric surgery and also provides non-specialist surgery for the Bristol conurbation.
Paediatric Surgery, BCH: The work involves care for all children admitted to the Children's hospital including general surgery, oncological and gastrointestinal surgery and urology.
Neonatal Surgery, St Michael's: The work involves the surgical care of infants undergoing surgery, working in co-operation with the neonatologists who staff NICU.
The post holder will be expected to contribute to a non-resident standard on-call rota with 8 other ST3+ trainees.
