Radiology Receptionist/Admin - Children's Hospital

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you'll be the friendly face patients see first -- helping children and their families feel at ease while ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Main duties of the job
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming patients and families on arrival and ensuring they feel supported
Updating and checking patient details with accuracy
Helping patients and families with queries, both in person and over the phone
Booking appointments and supporting with inpatient processes
Providing essential clerical and admin support to keep the department running smoothly
Liaising with clinical staff and escalating any issues where needed
