Job summary
This role will support, lead and be responsible for the Digital Change portfolio of work within UHBW and across the wider Health Care System that are focused on consolidation and interoperability. UHBW has an ambition to drive Digital Change across BNSSG and this role will play a pivotal part in this journey.
The challenges we are currently facing in meeting the demands of an aging population are helping to provide opportunities for innovation. This is the key to streamlining systems, optimising systems, improving patient outcomes, and reducing human error.

- Must demonstrate an understanding of the use of available information sources to enable efficient and effective planning
- Financial acumen, including budget management, coupled with a detailed understanding of cost improvement programmes
- Experience of Leading on digital service improvement initiatives, and act as a visible champion for digital change
- Delivering change within large and complex organisations
- Design and planning complex programmes of work
- transparent reporting of programme process, including benefits realisation and finance
- Financial and operational delivery of large scales programmes and projects of both capital and revenue

- Provide expert advice, guidance and support in digital service redesign, demonstrating excellence in the application and utilisation of relevant service improvement, transformation, innovation and project management techniques

- Proven track record of consistently achieving high standards and delivering objectives
