Main duties of the job
The Role
As the Facilities Training & Assurance Manager, you'll take the lead on delivering key training programs, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. From induction to specialist training in cleaning, food service, and equipment use, you'll be the go-to expert in maintaining compliance with NHS standards. You'll also collaborate closely with our managers to assess and enhance performance, track progress, and continuously improve our training programs.
You'll be the one who ensures that health & safety processes and procedures are in place & met, working hand-in-hand with department heads and H&S Technical Experts, to keep everything running smoothly and safely. The role offers an exciting mix of hands-on training, project management, and strategic input into how we train the workforce of tomorrow. Plus, you'll get to make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of our team.
