Facilities Senior Supervisor - Deep Clean

Due to some recent changes within the department, we are currently recruiting to a new Deep Clean Supervisor post. The rota we have available is:

  • Monday-Friday - 06:30-14:300

Main duties of the job

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing a large team who are responsible for duties related to Deep Clean tasks
  • Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
  • Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
  • Supporting new employees into the team
  • Assisting in recruitment and selection of staff when necessary

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of supervising a team
  • Be used to working in large teams of people in a busy environment
  • Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic
  • Be flexible to undertake a range of tasks if necessary
  • Be able to communicate with different types of people; including patients, visitors, senior managers and other departments

If you don't currently hold a Level 3 in Management, successful candidates will be expected to start their qualification after the 3 month probation period
