Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient and reliable administrative service working on reception and the single point of access telephone line (which receives a high volume of calls), handling patient enquiries and bookings for clinics being offered within Unity Sexual Health. Additional roles include maintenance of up-to-date patient records, assembly of self-test kits and support of other departments within Unity Sexual Health. Training will be provided within the team for main reception, telephone call handling and community clinics. The role will require the post-holder to work one Saturday in each four-week period, once training has been completed.
