Job summary

We are looking for a Resuscitation Services Administrator to join a busy service supporting resuscitation training, across our Bristol and Weston Resuscitation Services

Main duties of the job

This role involves proving vital admin support, enabling the instructors to deliver vital training for UHBW staff and from people around UK.

Essential

  • Good standard of education at GCSE/NVQ or equivalent at a minimum grade C or equivalent
  • NVQ 3/RSA 3 in typing/word-processing or office administration or equivalent
  • Demonstrable PC skills to include most window packages

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience working in a busy office utilising administrative skills
  • Experience of dealing with the people, both on the telephone and in person
  • Experience of setting up, maintaining and extracting information from databases
  • Previous experience of working in a Resuscitation training establishment

Desirable

  • Previous experience of the NHS
  • Considerable administrative experience

Skills and abilities

Essential

  • Advanced word processing and presentation skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to use Office software package
  • Ability to use excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to organise and manage own workload (
