The team work hand in glove with the wider Resourcing Team.
A permanent vacancy has become available within the team to manage key programmes of work including nurse and bank recruitment.
Main duties of the job
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join a tight-knit team that are responsible for ensuring recruitment across the Trust is proactively responsive to the service needs of the organisation, with the aim of increasing the number and quality of applicants across the workforce reducing vacancy rates, time and cost to hire. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is optimised to be streamlined and efficient, offering the best candidate experience, to deliver the short-supply and high-volume recruitment needs of the Trust.
This is a key role in the Talent Acquisition Team which collectively strives to proactively deliver an effective, quality and customer-focused recruitment service which is reactive to the changing needs of the Trust as a whole - you will manage the recruitment of Nurses and Bank staff.

- Significant previous experience of recruitment and selection process and practice
- Working knowledge of best practice and developments within recruitment
- Able to demonstrate first rate management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service experience including handling complex queries, complaints and sensitive information
- Experience of team working to achieve deadlines and objectives
- Recent or current NHS experience
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of taking responsibility for managing workload and meeting deadlines
