Main duties of the job
Our work schedule is designed to cater to your needs:
Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 15:00
OR
Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 14:30
In your daily routine, you will:
- Perform the magic of transforming bedrooms, flats, and on-call rooms, ensuring they're pristine, beds are freshly made, and rooms are serviced to perfection.
- Embrace your independence while managing your tasks efficiently and on time.
- Keep an eagle eye out for any building issues and report them to the residences team.
- Act as the friendly face and point of contact, addressing queries from our valued tenants while ensuring their properties are in top-notch condition.
- Utilise a department car for easy access to properties that may not be within walking distance.
