This full-time post provides an ideal opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the South Bristol Academy team, one of the partner organisations of the University of Bristol medical school ("the University") and is responsible for the clinical placements of undergraduate medical students at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW).
You will benefit from the experience of simultaneously working for two major organisations - UHBW and the University of Bristol.

- Are someone who is used to managing their own time and workload, and who will enjoy the challenge of creating student timetables, managing courses and assessments.
- Have excellent IT and communication skills and be familiar with all common computer software packages (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel etc).
- Like working in a close-knit and supportive team, comprised of people working in different professions.
