We are looking for a Cleanliness Auditor to join our team at UH Bristol & Weston on a permanent basis. Full training will be given on auditing and IT databases.

The ideal candidate will:-

  • Have some knowledge of National Cleaning Standards and how they're applied.
  • Experience in the management of confidential information.
  • Have some experience of being a team leader/supervisor and providing constructive feedback.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

Main duties of the job

On a day to day basis you will:-

  • In accordance with nationally agreed standards, conduct hospital cleanliness audits across the Trust and produce outcomes that support quality improvement within the clinical and non-clinical areas.
  • Plan your auditing schedule, to ensure very high and high risk areas are prioritised.
  • Provide training and coaching to Facilities teams around the auditing process.
  • Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to provide constructive feedback about the results of any audit.
