Job summary
Are you an experienced Nurse with a passion for quality improvement & supporting staff, with experience in risk management and patient safety incident investigations leading on incident reviews and implemented change?
We have a full time permanent post in our women's quality and patient safety team, with responsibility to review risk and incidents, undertake investigations, follow through action plans, support quality improvement, ensure local incidents are investigated in a timely manner ensuring learning is disseminated. You will provide competent professional advice on protection of patients, staff & visitors ensuring patient safety remains a priority and work alongside staff to deliver a planned programme of improvement to meet the healthcare governance agenda to provide leadership, guidance and expertise within the multi- professional team for Women's Services for clinical governance & risk management to include putting in place frameworks to ensure the service meets the Trust standards for clinical governance.
