Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Bank office team for a new role, as a Bank Support Manager.

The role will predominately be based in our Weston bank office and would include working collaboratively with the clinical leads and bank operation managers as well as the wider bank team. The temporary workforce is an essential part of the infrastructure within UHBW and we are looking for someone who would excel in this post being highly organised with attention to detail.

Main duties of the job

As the bank support manager, you will:

  • Provide support to bank and agency workers, while ward walking around the hospitals
  • Be a proactive interface with stakeholders which includes Heads of Nursing, matrons, wards, departments and agency neutral vendor.
  • Support the allocation team with all aspects of compliance, payrates, extensions of bookings and complaints, for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Deputise for the Bank operations manager when required.
  • Support with recruitment events for both clinical and non-clinical
  • Produce high quality data reports, and analysis of adhoc reports
