Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to take up the position of Administration Manager within the Division of Weston.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing, coordinating and ensuring robust administrative processes exist within the Division of Weston and ensuring KPIs are met.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment, have effective inter-personal communication skills, excellent organisational skills, experience of and the ability to lead and work effectively as a team and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative and judgement in decision making.
Main duties of the job
- Operationally manage the admin teams including admin team leaders, medical secretaries and outpatient receptionists.
- Be responsible for the quality of operational and service information related to dictation and outpatient reception.
- Contribute to the planning of service and re-organise, coordinate and implement service changes in line with Trust needs.
- Monitor budgets for the services as agreed with the Speciality Manager.
- To ensure a high quality of customer care from all administrative staff.
