Job summary
The Emergency Department is offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior HCA.
The patients, who are presenting with acute or primary care problems are seen by a team of Nurse Practitioners and doctors. You will become an integral part of the Emergency Department team to assist in the management of these patients rotating and gaining skills in all areas of the Emergency Department equivalent to your banding.
Main duties of the job
You will be able to utilise lots of clinical skills as well as supporting the team with administrative tasks. This is an exciting blend of clinical and administrative tasks which will provide opportunity for development within the role as the post holder becomes more experienced. This post will enable the wider team to provide excellent patient care and experience.
