Job summary

We currently have vacancies for a Phlebotomist/s to join a small and friendly team.

You will work as part of the Phlebotomy team based at Yeovil District Hospital,collecting blood samples from ward inpatients, main outpatient clinic patients, Macmillan patientsand patient from GP surgeries.

  • Greet patients and verify their identity
  • Collect samples by performing venepuncture
  • Maintain all the equipment's in a clean and safe manner.
  • Complete all work in accordance with the Trust guideline.
