Job summary
We are looking for someone to provide a high-quality customer-focused Learning and Organisational Development administration service, including MyLearning, that will assist in meeting the requirements of all stakeholder learners in the Trust and the operational needs of the Education Centre.
To act as a first point of contact within the Education Centre for staff accessing learning support and MyLearning queries within the Trust. The role supports a wide range of administrative processes, liaising with staff across the organisation, external organisations and members of the public, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors to the centre.
To assist in providing the first point of contact in the reception area, Education Centre, and cover general administration duties of the Education Centre, including opening/closing.
This is a bank position for 20 hours per week. The preferred pattern is Monday to Friday, 4 hours each morning, though there is flexibility.
