Job summary
A part-time opportunity (0.6wte) has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Dietetics Department at the Royal Surrey Hospital (RSH) on a fixed term for 12 months to be a part of our ICU dietetic Teams.
We are looking for somebody with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be working alongside our multi-disciplinary team of dietitians, pharmacists, gastroenterologists, specialist nurses, and biochemists.

Main duties of the job
This post is also provides some cover for the nutrition support service for patients at the RSH and supporting patients on ICU. You will also be involved in delivering education sessions to healthcare professionals.
You will join a forward thinking dietetic team which undertakes the training of dietetic students, and also focuses on research and audit in its areas of activity to promote clinical effectiveness in patient care. You will be encouraged to develop both personally and professionally, with the chance to shadow and learn from specialist dietitians.
