Community based Projects Manager - Fixed Term (12 months)

Please note this role is based fulltime on site in Guildford, Surrey and our client's community sites.

Job Summary

Work with Healthcare Partners and Trust executives to design and deliver the Community Capital Projects Plan, engaging with national teams to government bodies for returns.

Main duties of the job

o Leads on operational Community projects for new builds and refurbishments to all relevant standards. The role will be based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford however it is anticipated that the main projects will be based at our community sites in Surrey with a crossover of projects requiring full collaboration with the Capital Project Manager at our Guildford site.

o Coordinate teams for projects

o Provide efficient and effective planning of Capital schemes and delivery of the Estates plan.

o Provide highly technical information to the client to enable correct decision-making project management advice to the Trust

o Ensure effective cost-efficient financial planning and delivery, cash forecasts, contracts
