Job summary
Surry and Borders is looking for someone to act as the Administrator for General Practice Integrated Mental Health Services (GPimhs) and/or Mental Health Integrated Community Services (MHICS) for the Primary Care Network (Group of GP Practices in an area).
Working Time: 9AM to 5PM
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Location: Aldershot Centre for Health,Hospital Hill, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1AY
Main duties of the job

Receive, process, and allocate referrals to the appropriate clinician using EMIS/SystmOne

Update and maintain accurate patient case notes on EMIS/SystmOne

Book and manage patient appointments for clinics and individual consultations

Type letters, reports, and correspondence dictated or provided by the team and associated PCNs

Take, transcribe, and distribute accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner

Answer incoming telephone calls and relay messages promptly and appropriately

Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the team, including diary management and meeting arrangements

Arrange onboarding logistics for new staff, including system access, meetings, ESR approvals, and digital device setup via SABP/PCN digital portals

Provide short-term cover for administrative colleagues during annual leave or sickness

Organise team events and meetings as required

Create bespoke documents for the team, such as leaflets and internal resources

Log incidents on DATIX in line with organisational procedure
