We're offering a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and forward-thinking HR Team at Royal Surrey as an Apprentice HR Support Officer -- ideal for someone ready to learn, grow, and become a trusted member of the workforce.
This is an 18 month fixed term role, and you will rotate every 6 months between:
- Temporary Staffing- managing and supporting our bank and agency staff Bank Recruitment - recruiting and onboarding bank staff to cover short term gaps in service
- Medical Workforce- recruiting and supporting our doctors at all levels

Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
o Be the friendly first point of contact for managers and staff seeking HR supporto Assist with recruitment, onboarding, interviews, and job evaluation coordinationo Support day-to-day HR activities -- from inbox management to policy advice and tracking HR metricso Help organise meetings, record data, and keep our systems up to dateo Take part in workforce planning projects and contribute to meaningful organisational changeo Gain exposure to medical workforce administration and talent development
