Healthcare Assistant – Heightened Surveillance Team

Job summary

We are looking to recruit into a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (Heightened Surveillance team) who can work across ward in-patient areas and is able to work flexible according to the needs of the service which may include a mix of long days, nights and/or Monday-Fridays.

The Heightened Surveillance Team HCA work on different areas to provide enhanced care and supervision to either an individual patient or group of patients. They also support the delivery of nursing care in conjunction with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for motivated and confident staff, committed to delivering a high standard of nursing care. This will involve working with patients who may have heightened supervision or support needs.
