Job summary

**Bank Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Adult Community Health Services**

We are seeking a Bank Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Community MSK Physiotherapy team, which operates from two locations: Haslemere Community Hospital and Cranleigh Village Community Hospital. You will be primarily based at one of these sites, although cross-site working may be required.

In this role, you will function as an autonomous clinician, responsible for conducting advanced assessments, making clinical diagnoses, and providing treatment for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.

Main duties of the job

JOB PURPOSE

To work as part of the Community MSK Physiotherapy team which operates from two sites; Haslemere Community Hospital and Cranleigh Village Community Hospital. You will be based at one of these sites, Cross-site working will be required The post-holder will work as an autonomous clinician, undertaking advanced assessments, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. You will be able to access clinical development and regular clinical supervision & peer support. As part of the Physiotherapy team and wider trust, you will contribute to service development, and adhere to the Physiotherapy Department and Trusts policies, strategies and objectives.

  • HCPC registration
  • BSc Physiotherapy (or above)

Desirable

  • Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

Knowledge

Essential

  • Experience of a range of NHS student placements (or equivalent experience)

Desirable

  • Knowledge of discharge systems, within the NHS, to support patients
  • Knowledge of systems for data recording and reporting
  • Evidence of post qualification CPD
