Job summary

Community services are changing- this is the perfect time to join a progressive and innovative team aimed at supporting the population of Guildford and Waverley. Your focus will be on supporting a range of clinical services in community and you will provide both leadership, business and performance support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Community Division supporting our multi professional teams to deliver our services. You will work with the Clinical Service Managers and Head of Service to assist in furthering the development and delivery of all these services. You will use your knowledge of leading and developing teams using a variety of data sources to support service function and development.

We will interview for this position on Wednesday 22nd May, and at present, we are not able to offer another interview date.

Main duties of the job

This post requires a person who has enthusiasm, experience of managing performance data as well as sound leadership and communication skills.

You will be required to implement change across the services and will need associated skills around service improvement and change. You will need to identify and request good work flows to ensure performance information can be collected seamlessly, by working with our informatics support team.

The post holder will need to be innovative and have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, working with our teams to generate solutions and problem-solve. We have an ethos of working closely together in our Community Services; we would welcome you as a new member of our Team.

  • Relevant registered professional qualification
  • Evidence of Team leader or management qualification or continuous management experience
