Job summary

We are looking to recruit a part time Health Care Assistant to support the clinical team within our busy, friendly Radiology Department. You will work within the radiology department, ultrasound department and breast imaging; assisting radiologists, sonographers and radiographers with procedures and contributing to the smooth running of the department.

This is a varied role where you will be working in a busy environment juggling the different demands typical of a Health Care Assistant within this speciality.

We require you to be friendly and hard working with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to manage time and plan/prioritise work efficiently and effectively.

Main duties of the job

You will contribute to maintaining our high standards of hygiene, infection control and a safe environment in compliance with the Trust policies and procedures.
