Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time (30 hours) Team Administrator covering Monday-Friday within theChildren in Care and Adoption Team.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and committed team administrator. You will be a key member of the looked after children service that consists of Community Paediatricians, Nurses and other Multi-Agency Teams.
Main duties of the job
To succeed, you will need excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Develop and maintain administrative systems to support policies and processes.
Undertaking general office duties as required inline with service procedures, working on an electronic patient record system.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partner agencies and services.
Comfortable working under pressure, adept at prioritising workloads with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be well supported to further your own professional knowledge, skills, and development within this highly specialised area.
An annual appraisal and regular management one to one reviews are provided, as is the chance to attend relevant mandatory and other training pertinent to the role.
