Job summary

A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator in the Chesterfield Community Mental Health Community Living Well Team in Chesterfield.

The job role will consist of carrying out standard administration responsibilities, supporting the people accessing our services and its clinicians.

You will be registering patients for the team using the electronic patient record, answering telephone calls, supporting reception with meeting and greeting patients, families and carers and members of the public, supporting letters being sent on IT systems, ordering stock, updating lists, taking messages and organising meetings.

Please note that if you are applying for this post on a secondment basis you must have the prior approval from your current line manager before submitting your application.

Main duties of the job
