An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Neurodevelopmental Patient Assurance Team for a Lead Administrator.
We are looking for individuals who share our strong value based approach and have an understanding of the support needs of people with a Learning Disability and/ or Autistic People.
The Team supports the joined up care Derbyshire system to provide oversight and assurance of the care delivery for individuals either living in the community or in a hospital setting.
The team operates across Derby and Derbyshire.

Main duties of the job
To support the team with the collection of data requirements from the ICB and NHSE
To provide admin advice and support to the wider Adult Neurodevelopmental Service, including Deputy Area Service Manager, Area Service Manager, and the Senior Management Team.
To provide management supervision and support all admins within the ND PAT.
To conduct IPR's for all admin staff within ND PAT and hold line management responsibilities for these staff.
To actively manage and support ND PAT admin's sickness and absence.
To support ND PAT admin with annual leave and study leave.
To be supported to manage issues of discipline, HR, grievance, as appropriate relating to ND PAT admin, facilitating resolution at a local level. This would be supported by the Adult Neurodevelopmental Service Deputy Area Service Manager.
To assist with the recruitment of ND PAT admin.
To work autonomously and take appropriate actions and decisions in relation to the key tasks of the role.
To ensure Trust policies, procedures and legislative directives are adhered to e.g. equal opportunities, Human Rights Act, Equality Act.
