Job summary

Derbyshire Healthcare are looking for two Programme Leads for Strategic Transformation.

You will lead the design and oversee delivery of defined redesign and change programmes within the broader Trust strategic transformation portfolio.

You will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver ambitious strategic plans to transform pathways and services for our patients and communities, including the development and implementation of recommendations for service standards and future models of delivery.

Interviews will be held week commencing 27 January 2025.

Main duties of the job

The main duties will include:

Service design - clinically and patient led co-design, implementation and monitor improvement programmes which will deliver high quality patient care in an efficient and effective manner.

Workforce models - develop and implement recommendations for modernisation of workforce models in collaboration with the health community.

Provide leadership - which enables the operational and transformational delivery of high quality, safe and person centred care through the engagement and empowerment of others.

Programme management - to develop, co-ordinate and deliver projects using continuous improvement, organisational and strategy development and quality improvement methodologies.

Communicate with staff, ensuring effective systems and process are in place.

To deliver this you must have anunderstanding of health policy in relation to services provided by the Trust and expectations of stakeholders and knowledge of direction of travel and ambitions for mental health, including relevant national policy.

You must also have experience of managing complex change, transformation and a track record of delivery within a health and care setting and be able to lead teams of staff in complex or challenging change processes.

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of demonstrable experience
  • Relevant change management qualification or equivalent experience
