Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity in the Finance Team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an Assistant Project Accountant.

This role is challenging and varied and will give an opportunity to work as part of a team, engage with clinical and non-clinical staff and commissioners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

Main duties of the job

To assist in the preparation of monthly financial performance reports for clinical and education income including full variance analysis and forecasting and to support the Head of Commissioning Finance with project work.

The post will also be responsible for providing information to and working with Commissioners.

To contribute to the achievement of the finance departments objectives.

To be committed to the Trust Values and overall Trust Strategy.
