Job summary
The post holder will work as a member of the Reception Team, meeting and greeting patients, booking patients onto Blithe/Lilie system in preparation for their appointment, booking appointments via the telephone line, assisting in the day to day running of the reception to maintain an effective and efficient office system. The post holder will be under the direction and management of the Administration Team Leader. Please see Job Description
Main duties of the job
Face to face and telephone contact with members of the public will be undertaken and the checking of clinic registration forms to ensure they have been completed correctly. Such information will include patient date of birth, address, GP and telephone numbers. The post holder will also assist in the management of negative results. Please see Job Description
