Job summary
Applications are invited for the post of a Consultant Dermatologist. The appointee will join a team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, GPwERs, Lead Nurses and Specialist Nurses to provide dermatology services to the hospitals and local community. Applications must be supported by evidence of admittance to the GMC Specialist Register or CCT/CESR within 6 months of interview.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic doctor who will contribute to the provision and development of high-quality Dermatology care for the Fylde coast population at Clifton Hospital in Lytham St Annes. Sessional commitments will include outpatient clinics, skin surgery, inpatient review of inpatients at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals at the request of consultant colleagues, weekly skin cancer and bi-weekly inflammatory multidisciplinary clinical meetings.
