Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic healthcare assistant to join our team on Ward 23 Blackpool Teaching HospitalsYou need to have excellent communication skills,as our patients areoften complex and require you to be patient and understanding.You will be required to liaise with the multi disciplinary team to ensure needs are identified and communicated effectively so that safe decisions are made around patient care and discharge needs to promote safe and speedy discharges to an appropriate destination.
You will be encouraged and supported to gain new skills and to be actively involved in change improvement and being a champion for an area of care that you feel interested in. You should also be committed to and have evidence of continuing professional development.
