Main duties of the job

The Practice Education team provide support to supervisors, assessors, educators and healthcare learners who are undertaking university programmes of study whilst on clinical placements here at the Trust. The role includes supporting all learners across all professions.The post holder will contribute to the provision of high quality multi-professional learning environments within Blackpool Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust. You will take an active role in ensuring the sustainability oflearning andcontribute to local and national conferences and working groups. The post holder will be required to work locally and across boundaries with services where inter-professional learning opportunities are promoted in line with the Quality Assurance Framework.The successful candidate will be a NMC/HCPC registered healthcare professional with a mentor/educator qualification. The candidate will also have extensive NHS experience with a minimum of 3 years experience post registration.
