Job summary
A sister/charge nurse required for a 24 bedded rehabilitation ward. Clifton hospital promotes independent living with an aim to get patients to live independently. This is a 12 month secondment opportunity. This could be a secondment with your line manager's permission.
Main duties of the job
We are currently looking to recruit a Band 6 to work as part of our motivated and supportive team.
Ward 2 specialises in inpatient rehab with a goal to get patients to remain at home safely for as long as possible. We take a multidisciplinary team approach to developing patients therapy plans and helping them reach their rehab potential.
Anyone interested must display an enthusiastic and dynamic approach in caring for our patients, and must be willing to participate and assist in the development of the unit. Ward 2 encourages bringing the fun and passion back into nursing and needs someone who is motivated and proactive in their approach to improving and sustaining patient care.
Outstanding communication skills, ability to lead and support the team along with use of initiative is essential within the role as is the desire to deliver safe, effective and compassionate patient care.
