Band 3 Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator
Blackpool Teaching Hospitals are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Temporary Staffing Team as a Temporary Staffing Co-coordinator. You will have a can do attitude, be flexible and enjoy working with people of a similar mind who are as motivated as you are to deliver high standards of administrative support in a highly responsive and professional working environment. You will have the opportunity to work with staff across the organisation in a range of clinical and non-clinical areas and settings.
Following a successful interview, as soon as the pre-recruitment checks and statutory/mandatory training has been completed you will be provided with the relevant training required within the Temporary Staffing Team and work alongside colleagues to drive forward service improvements across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment; a team player you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Temporary Staffing office, alongside current team members. The ability to work independently when required, is crucial to meet strict deadlines and undertaking project work.
The postholder will be a great communicator - with the ability to communicate effectively with the Temporary Staffing colleagues, Senior Managers, Trustwide colleagues, Bank staff members and our agency partner; supporting the Trust with temporary staffing solutions.

You will be required to undertake general administrative duties, respond to emails, phone calls, liaise with key stakeholders, resolve pay queries and attend daily meetings. In house system training will be given; a good understanding of excel and other Microsoft applications is required.
