Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to recruit a partt time Ward Clerk on ward 2B at Clifton hospital. This post is for a 29 hour contract working friday,saturday,sunday only. Clifton ward 2B is a 17 bedded mixed sex rehabilitation unit, caring for patients who require support with activities of daily living and assistance with mobility.
This is a service open 24 hours a day 7 days a week including bank holidays.
Main duties of the job
We are a forward thinking modern Foundation Trust and are looking to recruit a Ward clerk who is highly motivated, open to change and demonstrates excellent communication skills. As an integral member of the team the post holder will assist and participate in the smooth running of the unit by providing clerical and administrative support to the nursing staff and wider multidisciplinary team.
We have a fantastic team of staff and they would support any new member of the team. There would be a period of teaching and training for the successful candidate.
