Job summary
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and progressive junior doctor to join our Obstetrics and gynaecology team . The appointee will cover obstetrics and gynaecology at MMUH, Birmingham. Applications are welcomed from candidates with who are on the registered on the General Medical Councils. It is mandatory to have a candidate who has prior experience in UK and has got required competency to work as the senior registrar in our team.
This Job is for fixed term of 12 months starting from August 2025.

Main duties of the job
The post will enable the successful applicant to develop Obstetrics and Gynaecology interests to complement the existing consultant staff.
You will work in 1:8 on call rota for the Junior doctors.
The post holder will work in 1:8 weekend on calls and nights along with the senior and junior registrar.
The post holder will be given the training opportunities like an ST 5-ST7 trainees in Obstetrics and gynaecology. Opportunities to complete the SITMS or support in completing the CESR work will be done.
