Job summary
An exciting opportunity exists within Acute Cardiology for a Ward Clerk to support the medical and nursing staff on ward A2. We are seeking to appoint an individual who is motivated and dynamic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team and explore the development of the role to its full potential.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to have a responsible outlook in order to cope with the unpredictable nature of ward activity, using prioritising skills and discretion to organise a daily workload to take account of deadlines and degrees of urgency.
To maintain a complete case note record for each patient on the wardaccording to health care records procedure.
The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and excellent interpersonal skills.
