Job summary
Following the development of the Rostering Team within Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust. We have a new vacant role reporting to the eRostering Manager.
This role is technical implementation, focusing on eJob Plan, Activity Manager, and providing technical support to the Job Planning Leads and the medical services areas.
The postholder will contribute to decisions regarding rostering implementation and collaborate with the Medical HR Team to organise workload and priorities. Additionally, they will also contribute to the rollout of the Activity Manager elements of the Medical Workforce Systems Programme. This role entails assisting clinicians, administrative teams, and management in finding viable solutions for their workforce, ensuring effective time planning and management, and enhancing the Trust's capacity to safeguard staff wellbeing
Main duties of the job
Day to day line management responsibility for e-Job Plan and other associating Medics Workforce Systems
To Support the implementation of e-Job Plan and Optima for Medics, by reviewing and updating the current Trust Job Planning policy. Ensure that all Consultant/SAS job plans are maintained within the e-Job Plan (Allocate) system and are consistently up to date with updates made directly at the source.
Ensuring there is an enhance performance and elevate patient experience by aligning the delivery of safe care with the principles of providing the right care, at the right time, and by the right individual
Working with the departmental teams (clinical and non-clinical teams) to ensure that the e-job planning system is utilized effectively and fully meet the needs of the individual departments and the Trust as a whole.
Work with HR to validate data between Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and e-job plan and other Medics Workforce Systems
