Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with their personal care needs while promoting independence and dignity.
- Assisting in the delivery of care plans and therapeutic activities.
- Engaging with patients in meaningful conversations to support their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions to registered healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
