Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with their personal care needs while promoting independence and dignity.

Assisting in the delivery of care plans and therapeutic activities.

Engaging with patients in meaningful conversations to support their emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions to registered healthcare professionals.

Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
