Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care needs while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assisting in the delivery of care plans and therapeutic activities.
  • Engaging with patients in meaningful conversations to support their emotional and psychological wellbeing.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patients' conditions to registered healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
